Security and Confidentiality Agreement

In case of dispute:

Bodrum Enforcement Office and Courts are authorized in all kinds of disputes that may arise within the scope of this contract.

Our customers/users are deemed to have accepted the above conditions by making a definite reservation for any of our boats or villas that we act as brokers.

Violating any of the above conditions gives yachtandvilla.com the right to cancel the reservation made.

In cases arising from the unilateral cancellation of the reservation, yachtandvilla.com reserves the right not to make any refunds without leaving the commercial goodwill.
